I have set up an outing to Colloca Winery in Fair Haven for Sunday Aug 16th. I have openings for 18 people. Sorry for the limited number but you probably know why.
We can do wine tastings but this must include food such as a cheese tray. Tastings have to be done by appointment in groups of 6 people (see info below) . Tasting is $7 each plus approx. $3 for the cheese tray = $10 approx. per person. The cheese tray cost is divided among the 6 persons doing the tasting at that time. If you purchase wine the $7 tasting fee is waved. Colloca has a Wood Fire Kitchen that offers food (see attached menu) an Ice Cream Bar and Wine Bar (I heard something about wine slushies). Itinerary, Sunday Aug 16th:
2:15 Meet at Big Lots parking lot (1250 NY-104, Ontario, NY 14519). This on the south side of 104 between Slocum Rd & Route 350.
2:30 Leave for Colloca Winery, approx. 55 min. drive with some back roads.
4:00 Wine tasting for group of 6
4:30 Wine tasting for group of 6
5:00 Wine tasting for group of 6
Food, Ice Cream, listen to music, hang out, you decided.
The 1st 18 people that get back to me are by August 3rd will be included. Sorry if I have tell you the 18 spots are full but I know you'll understand.
Please let know (by email or text) if you would like to attend and do or do not want to do the wine tasting. I need to give Colloca's a confirmed number of people that want to do the tastings.
